  • The house stands out from the rest due its form contrasting the neighboring home, which we also designed
  • 5 bedroom with 4 bathroom total and 2 master bedrooms at the highest level
  • Originally the developer wanted similar homes but after designing the first, we were allowed more creative control and we made them each look and have unique plans, we believe each home must be unique
  • Very spacious home, upper level all leveling with one guest bedroom
  • Plenty of light in all spaces, 2 livings separated by a double height foyer
  • A family home designed for large gatherings and parties
